What To Expect As An Employee:

All new employees will undergo an initial competency assessment, and courses such as First Aid training will be booked for you to attend. Some training, such as First Aid, are compulsory, and will need to be attended throughout your employment.

Staff health and safety is a key priority, and all Treescape operations adhere to the company's integrated Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality Management System.

Managers, Trainers and foremen have key duties and daily responsibilities to ensure health and safety, the environment, and service quality are considered in all operations.

All employees will be required to participate in monthly depot safety meetings. Treescape also facilitate quarterly SHEQ Champions Meetings which provide you with an opportunity to share your views and to get more involved in the organisation and how it operates.

Depending on your skill set and background, a personalised training pathway may be put in place to broaden your knowledge and keep you at the cutting edge of the industry. 

This will involve approved courses delivered by one of Treescape’s Training Partners.
